Step 1: Call or Book Online

Reach us at (682) 226-6257 or book through our online scheduling form. We answer the phone Monday-Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Emergency calls (active gas leak, chimney fire, smoke entering the home) are routed to our 24/7 dispatch.

What we’ll ask:

  • Your address & ZIP code (so we know the right technician’s territory)
  • What you’re seeing or smelling (helps us triage urgency)
  • What type of chimney/fireplace (wood, gas, prefab, masonry)
  • When you’d like service

Same-week scheduling is standard. Emergencies get same-day service.

Step 2: Arrival & Inspection

Our CSIA-certified technician arrives in a marked vehicle, in uniform, with proper credentials displayed. They:

  • Park where you direct, lay down drop cloths inside
  • Inspect the chimney top-to-bottom (Level 1 = visual, Level 2 = with HD camera, Level 3 = invasive if needed)
  • Document everything with timestamped photos
  • Identify what’s safe, what needs attention, and what’s optional

Inspection alone takes 45-90 minutes depending on chimney complexity.

Step 3: Written Quote

Before any repair work begins, you get:

  • Written quote with itemized pricing
  • Photo documentation of every issue we identified
  • Explanation of which items are safety priorities vs. optional
  • Timeline for repair (if you authorize)
  • Financing options if total is over $750

You’re under no obligation. The quote is yours to take, get other estimates with, or sleep on.

Step 4: Repair Work

Once you authorize the work:

  • Materials sourced within 48 hours for most jobs
  • Major work scheduled at a convenient time
  • Drop cloths protect floors, dust controlled with HEPA vacuum
  • Full cleanup after job — you wouldn’t know we were there except for the fix
  • Final photo documentation showing completed work

Step 5: Final Review & Warranty

After repair work:

  • Final inspection walkthrough with you, on-site
  • Photos delivered via email of completed work
  • One-year workmanship warranty on all installations
  • Manufacturer warranty pass-through on any parts (caps, dampers, liners typically 5-25 year warranties)
  • You sign off only after you’re satisfied

Step 6: Follow-up
